The platform can be launching a instrument for the enforcement of royalties on-chain for brand spanking new collections that may be launching on its platform. 

In keeping with OpenSea, the on-chain instrument is a straightforward code piece that creators can add to their NFT contracts, in addition to their current upgradeable contracts. The code restricts NFT gross sales to marketplaces that impose creator charges.

Beginning on Tuesday, November 8, OpenSea will implement creator charges just for new collections that use the on-chain enforcement instrument.
